It's funny, that feels to me like something I struggled with long before AI and algorithms came into the picture. I feel like I've always had this urge to crowdsource my decisions. It's good to watch how the machinery interacts with that. Thanks for this. :)

like most things, the erosion started long before AI.

AI just accelerated it but it's not fault of the tools - it's a human tendency.

I believe all of us should implement such strategic pause concept instead of just rushing through life

“The strategic pause where a person decides something should stay or should go” really stayed with me. We often speak about freedom as having more choices, but perhaps it begins with reclaiming the attention needed to choose at all. The paper-towel portraits make that idea feel beautifully concrete: even the most fragile surface can carry meaning when someone chooses it deliberately.
