This was a great article. I'm often astounded that companies don't make room for life events of their employees, a death or a birth throws an entire office out of sync and they act irked by it. This is all life, I think, we don't live for work, it's a negotiation we all turn up and part of that productivity is recognising all work is involved in the business of humanity.
